Hi, I’m Wendy. I’m the owner and creator of Wendy’s Cookie Studio, and we recently relocated to sunny Florida! St. Augustine to be exact. North Florida has never been sweeter.
I grew up in Orlando, FL and love the beach. I’m the mother of 5 kids (3 boys and 2 girls). When I’m not running kids to soccer practice or to football games, I enjoy yoga, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

How It All Started
Owning a business had been a goal since college where I studied business and finance. Decorating cookies created the perfect combination of business, design, and creativity.
In 2017, I saw decorated sugar cookies with royal icing for the first time. I couldn’t believe it! I was so intrigued. I had never used royal icing. I dove into decorating cookies and learned as much as I could. I knew I wanted to own my own business, but I didn’t realize I’d start one with cookies.
How Its Going
Wendy now teaches classes in person and online. She was selected as an add-on instructor at CookieCon in Ohio and Austin, TX and was a core instructor at CookieCon Orlando 2023 and EddieCon 2026, Austin 2024, and Orlando 2026. Such a treat!
Cookie Better is our online educational empowerment tool for bakers. Shelly and I manage and facilitate classes and love seeing your cookie businesses grow.
Wendy has also been a guest speaker on podcasts and webinars. She also shares her love of cookies and baking in person at community events and retirement centers.
Wendy’s Cookie Studio is now serving the North Florida area! She’s excited to partner with local businesses and entrepreneurs for cookies and classes.
